Management of the contaminated territory (14 ha) of IKEA shopping centre and site preparation

Cleaning and preparation work for the contaminated area (14 ha) of the IKEA shopping centre was performed. Before the start of work, there were about 14,000 garages in the area. The amount of treated and recycled waste was about 61,000 tons; about 311 000 m³ was excavated and levelled. Seven bombs were found during earthwork.
