Demolition work of Skaiteks factory

Vilniaus BDT carried out the demolition of Skaiteks factory, a former manufacturer of electrical metering equipment, and the management of the contaminated area. Seven buildings were demolished. The volume of structures to be demolished amounted to approx. 45000 m³. Space was freed up for the Paupio project, which implemented the conversion of an industrial urban area into a residential and commercial one. This is the largest and most expensive district conversion project in Lithuania.
